Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any services booked from KHALKO Tours & Holiday Pvt. Ltd. can be cancelled and online refund will be granted by the system as per Khalko Tours & Holiday Pvt. Ltd. Cancellation Refund Policy, which is as follows:

1. Cancellation of Cab Service

a). If Rider cancels his ride on the following reasons - Cab is not clean, driver is in drunken condition, Driver reached late at pickup point, no cancellation fee will be applicable in all type of trips for City, Airport, Harbor, Outstation.

b). If driver has reached at pickup point and Rider cancels his trip without any valid reason, then Applicable Cancellation fees will be INR 50+GST for City, Airport & Harbor trip.

c). If Rider has started the ride and he cancels the trip, rider has to pay the amount billed +GST.

d). In Outstation Trip, If Rider cancels trips 2 hour before of pickup time, no cancellation fee will be applicable but if rider cancels his trips within 0-2 hour of pickup time, Then Applicable Cancellation fee will be INR 300+GST.

2. Cancellation of Safari Trip

a). In all tour and activities cancellations, The Cancellation & Refund will be settled as per the activities operator's Terms & Conditions.

b). If any activities operators are not having their cancellation & Refund Terms & Conditions, In such situation Khalko Tours & Holiday Pvt. Ltd. will follow such Terms & Conditions as mentioned bellow:

i). Guest can cancel his tour and activities before 48 hours of departure time of tour.

ii). If any tour/activities, if Guest is rejected in any activities due to medical issue or age of guest by activity operator at site, full amount will be refunded. To apply this for refund, guest has to send refund request at email ID: khalko444@gmail.com with the scan of rejected Tour form.

iii). If tour is cancel due to bad weather or any order of Govt. or any situation beyond the control of anyone, full amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation of Flight Tickets

a). Cancellation, Re-scheduling & Refund of flight ticket will be subjected to the terms & Conditions of relevant airline company. Khalko app just acts as intermediary to help the user.

b). All cancellations made by user directly with the airlines must be communicated with Khalko at Email ID: khalko444@gmail.com in order to begin the refund process. The refund will be credited to the same account as the original payment.

4. Cancellation of Hotel Booking

a). Cancellation of Re-scheduling & Refund of Hotel Booking will be subjected to the terms & Conditions of relevant Hotel company. Khalko just acts as intermediary to help the user.

b). All cancellations made by user directly with the Hotel company must be communicated with Khalko at Email ID: khalko444@gmail.com in order to begin the refund process. The refund will be credited to the same account as the original payment.

5. Cancellation of Holiday Booking

a). In the event that any Guest cancels the booking or is unable travel on the due date for any reason not attributable to the Company any time after making the advance payment, the following charges shall apply:

b). 48 HRS or less 100% of the amount will be deducted.

c). Before 48 HRS the booking amount will be refunded after deducting these necessary charges:

i). Government ferry’s/permits/shows.

ii). Hotels- As per the terms and conditions of the hotel operator.

iii). Flights - As per the airlines terms and conditions.

iv). Cruise - As per the cruise company’s Terms and conditions.

v). Activities - As per activities operators terms and conditions.

d). In the remaining amount further service charges of the khalko Tours and Holidays will be deducted, after the reduction of [flight, cruise, hotel and activity] and will be credited to the Guest’s account.

6. Refund

a). Refund request can be initiated through at email id: khalko444@gmail.com. Khalko will be process the request of guest within 15-30 business days of receiving all the information requires.

b). The refund will be credited to the same account number as the original payment.

c). All refunds will be settled after deducting the Khalko service cost, which is separate from the convenience price specified above.
